The Experience Group has encountered the challenge of institutional ageism first-hand with those they have worked with and for. The Experience Group focuses on helping the 50-plus workforce re-hire rather than retire; through this process, we create a legacy.

We call this legacy program the Silver Seals — people with a strong work ethic, decades of career experience, and institutional knowledge that can be used to help guide and mentor the next generation of workers across our economy.
